It's easy to demonstrate that most climate change deniers are liars, or the dupes of liars. And reality-based people are too patient and polite with them.
Climate change is increasingly disrupting climate patterns. More flooding and drought means crop instability and the spread of disease, and human suffering will increase as a result.
